How Israeli Entrepreneurs Enter the Czech Market

Entering the Czech market should begin with a customer, not a company registration.
The first question is:
Who in Czechia will pay for what I offer?
Start with market validation
Before establishing an s.r.o., investigate:
competitors;
pricing;
customer expectations;
language;
distribution;
regulations;
and sales channels.
A translated website is not market validation.
Find the language of the customer
Some sectors operate comfortably in English.
Others are strongly Czech-speaking.
If your target customer is local, understand whether Czech is necessary for sales, support and contracts.
A local partner
A local partner can provide knowledge and access.
But partnership also creates risk.
Before sharing ownership, define:
responsibilities;
decision-making;
bank authority;
profit distribution;
intellectual property;
exit rights;
and what happens if the relationship ends.
Company and residence are separate
An Israeli entrepreneur can establish or own a Czech company without that automatically giving them a residence permit.
If the founder needs to live and work in Czechia, the immigration route should be examined separately.
Build the infrastructure after the market case
Once there is a credible customer proposition, then consider:
legal form;
tax;
bank;
accounting;
contracts;
employees;
and office space.
